The Archos 101 XS Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update has started rolling out a few days ago. Archos 101 XS has been released just a few months ago and it seems like the manufacturer has taken interest in making this tablet among the few Jelly Bean-powered slates this year. It’s not 4.2 but having developed Jelly Bean firmware in a few months’ time is an effort worth-noting. Archos may not be as big a company as Sony but it’s good to know it cares more about its small pool of patrons by releasing updates sooner than expected.
