Nokia Asha 501 now available in India at Rs 5,199




Nokia Asha 501 which was introduced last month now available in India online store and priced at Rs 5,199. This low-budget phone promises 17 hours of talk time on single SIM use and 48 days of standby time.
The device is available in both single and dual-SIM variants. But the drawback is that users will get only 2G speed as there is no 3G connectivity. The phone is available in Black, Cyan, Red, White and Yellow color variants.

This low-end device powers a 3-inch capacitive LCD touchscreen with resolution of 240 by 320 pixels. It has 3.2MP camera on the back and is capable of taking photos and low-res videos, has no auto-focus and no flash.

The device itself has a thickness of 12.1 millimeters and weighs 98 grams and has 1200mAh battery. It has limited internal storage but  but a microSD card slot for expansion is present.
