Samsung's ATIV S Neo powers a 1.4GHz dual-core processor with a 4.8-inch AMOLED HD display. The device comes with a 1GB of RAM, 8 megapixels in the back, 1.9 megapixels in the front cameras with Beauty Shot and Manga Camera modes.

No words from the Sprint about the storage of the device, but the device will surely come with a microSD slot. No information about the availability of the device has come yet.
