According to the latest rumor, the Apple iWatch may be 3 years away due to the development time of flexible glass.
3 years is a long time, in this time companies will start rolling out flexible displaysm which the highly anticipated (but as yet unconfirmed) device is rumoured to based on. The makers of willow glass said that their product is not ready for use in such a complex design.
People are not accustomed to glass you roll up," Corning boss James Clappin told Bloomberg.
