Sony Xperia Z tablet was announced last month at MWC in Barcelona, which is the brother or sister of xperia z phone.
It is the thinnest tablet of the world which powers a quad-core 1.5-GHz processor same as that of xperia z phone. There's also a 10.1-inch reality display with a resolution of 1080×1200 and with the Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 for some extra kick. It has a 2GB of RAM. And, if we talk about its camera it has 8 MP Exmor Sensor powered camera bolted on its back and 2 MP on front.
