Windows store just reaches the 100,000 mark, CEO Steve Ballmer had anticipated a total of 100,000 apps in time for July at Build, and that figure has been achieved just in time. After just seven months Windows 8 has reached the mark of having 100K apps which is quite rapid in rapid in comparison to Microsoft's own Windows Phone Store, which took over 18 months to reach the same 100,000 figure, Android also took the same time to reach up to this mark.
