Depending on who you ask and who you tend to believe Windows Phone 7.8 will arrive in early 2013, soon, in December or in the coming weeks. Fingers crosse it will happen before the Holidays — and for everybody who needs it, regardless of make, model or carrier — but regardless of the exact date, it is time, as usual when releases get closer, for some leaks.
This time it’s the Lumia 510, the most recent addition to Nokia’s budget Lumia Windows Phone line-up, to flex its muscles. In the video below, coming from China, we’re seeing the upcoming Windows Phone refresh for seven-devices running on the budget Nokia phone. As the video describes it, we’re allegedly looking at Windows Phone 7.8 build 8858.136, and we’re looking at resizable tiles, Office, accent colors and lots of Chinese characters.
