Nokia 808 PureView gets its first firmware update










The update to this Nokia's own camera centric flagship smartphone equipped with record-breaking 41 megapixel camera can be downloaded and it is just 600 KB in size. User can update it over the air. Updating via PC needs larger space for download.

The firmware update was spotted by AllAboutSymbian and their expert team got down to testing of the update on their device.

The early adopters of this 41MP pixel PureView camera phone did noticed few issues like Wi-Fi getting disconnected frequently. Well, the issues were just minor and now with this new firmware update the device is expected to run free of any such issues.

Scrolling has become smoother with this firmware v112.020.0310 update and also the capturing of images with full 38MP resolution is now relatively faster. More to this, the update now makes screen rotation smoother.
