HTC says no plans for HTC One with stock version of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean

In Google I/O developers conference Google announce that the special edition Samsung Galaxy S4 will soon available for sale. And the device will be sold directly over Google Play Store for $649 and which will run a stock version of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Several commentators expecting the same for HTC too, but that's not the case however. In a statement to TechnoBuffalo HTC confirmed that it has no plans for its most popular smartphone HTC One to offer with a stock version of Android.

But the company is offering an unlocked developer edition of HTC One on its website but still that version also runs the company’s Sense user interface.
