Just a day back we reported that Samsung's Galaxy S4 hits record sale of 6 milion in just 14 days and now Samsung Galaxy S4 gets the TCO certificate.
Samsung Galaxy S4 is the first smartphone to get the TCO eco certificate. TCO, a Swedish company, is known to issue certificate for office equipment, but most often monitors and not smartphones. Galaxy S4 got this certificate which means the device has passed the social, environmental and economic viability requirements.
To pass through this certification the company had to show compliancy with International Labour Organization. The company claims that Galaxy S 4 is free from many hazardous materials and has a reliable design and power efficient charger.
