The release date for the Samsung Galaxy S3 is getting pushed back by leading carriers, but Verizon Wireless was probably smart enough not to promise any early dates like its rivals. Currently, their release date for pre-ordered Galaxy S3 is June 9th-10th, but they haven’t announced an official release date for direct sales.
However, if you are eyeing Verizon’s S3, their official release is tipped to be July 12. The Galaxy S3 LTE on Verizon has been listed in Hhgregg.com and it is boldly stated that this super phone will be available from 12th June. This gives a strong indication that the carrier will also officially release the device on the same date. But, since, there is no official confirmation yet, the above mentioned release date cannot be taken for granted.
The Galaxy S3 offered at Hhgregg is priced at $199.99 coupled with a two-year carrier agreement. You can get the 16GB version only in standard marble white and pebble colors. The price tag looks pretty reasonable for this beast of a device, but it will be justice to come to a decision by learning about their minimum monthly plan applicable to the deal.
