Here at Phones Review we always endeavor to introduce readers to new and upcoming smartphones to the market and with this in mind today we have the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE for your consideration. Various details of this have been trickling out for the last few days but now full training materials including the complete specs have come to light. Although there’s not a confirmed release date yet it’s rumored that the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE will be out some time this month so read on for more.
All the signs were that this was a smartphone headed to Sprint and if this latest leaked information is accurate that now looks certain. Specs and features include a 1.2GHz Qualcomm dual-core processor, 4-inch WVGA TFT display with resolution of 800 x 480, 4GB ROM expandable via microSD, 5-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel rear camera and obviously there’s also 4G LTE connectivity.
The Galaxy Victory 4G LTE also has WiFi, Bluetooth, MicroUSB and a 3.5mm headphone jack and it will launch running Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich skinned with Samsung’s TouchWiz as well as other inclusions such as Media Hub and Android Beam. The 2100mAh battery should give enough juice for up to 7 hours talk time and 9 days on standby time and dimensions, as reported by Android Central who obtained this leaked information, are 4.8-inches x 2.5-inches x 0.5-inches.
There’s no news yet on pricing for the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE but this looks like a pretty decent enough handset for Sprint and could appeal to those who still want a smartphone with an average-sized display rather than the growing trend for large screens, such as on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2. As soon as we hear official news on the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE and details such as price and a release date we shall pass on that information to readers.
