New CarPad Note 5 F6 Android smartphone with decent features and specs unveils in China. The new CarPad Note 5 F6 phone with a 6-inch multi-touch screen display now holds the distinction as being the biggest Android "Phablet" in the world!
The new CarPad Note 5 F6 phone features include Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) OS, a 1GHz dual-core MT6577 processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage that's expandable up to 32GB via microSD card, and a PowerVR Series 5 GPU.
The new CarPad Note 5 F6 Phablet has more additional features to it including an 8-megapixel autofocus rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, built-in GPS with aGPS support, 2G/3G support, micro USB 2.0, and a GSM service support all over the world. Its body measures 163.3 x 89.3 x 10.2 mm and it tips the scale at 282g.
The new CarPad Note 5 F6 smartphone is priced at $239.00 a piece, but unfortunately, is only available in China at this time. There's no word of a worldwide roll out for this particular phone as of this writing, but hey, we have high hopes that it could probably happen sometime in the near future.
Now, who would've thought that an unheard of company based in China could ever beat the Samsung Galaxy Note in terms of its "ginormous" size? Well, one company just did. Enjoy!

The Note5 F6 was introduced in July and quickly inspired several 6-inch copycats that sell for $200 to $220 shipped: the N9776, the ViewSonic N9880, and the Dapeng/Star a9800 and i9800. More will follow; some use the MTK6575 CPU; others, the faster MTK6577.
