The Google Play Store has received an update to version 3.7.15. Unlike the previous update which brought users the ability to purchase television shows and buy magazine subscriptions, this update simply enhances performance and kills some bugs dead. It also fixes a strange problem that was affecting only Sprint users on 4G who were unable to download apps on occasion, instead receiving "Waiting for network" messages.
If you're the impatient type that can't wait for an update to reach your phone, Android Police has extracted the APK Installation file for your pleasure. You can click on the sourcelink below to select one of the four mirrors to install the APK file as you would sideload any other app. And these files have been signed by Google and are verified to be legit according to the site. On the other hand, considering that the update doesn't do much for non-Sprint users, you could simply choose to wait for the update to hit your handset.
