LG has started rolling out the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the LG Prada 3.0 in a couple of European countries which include Germany and Italy. But there are no details as yet on when the update will land in the UK and other European countries.
This is not a simple Over The Air (OTA) update, so you will need to be extra careful. First of all, you will need to plug your LG Prada 3.0 smartphone into a Windows-powered computer, and then fire up the LG Mobile Phone Support tool which works only in a Windows environment.The entire updating process on the LG Prada 3.0 will require just a few minutes of your life, but as usual, a backup of all your data comes across highly recommended before you start anything.
The LG Prada 3.0 has a 4.3 inch multi-touch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, the device is powered by a dual core 1GHz processor. The LG Prada 3.0 comes with 8GB of built in storage plus a microSD card slot which can take up to 32GB cards, there is also an 8 megapixel camera which is capable of recording full HD video in 1080p.
