Android 4.1.2 gets updated for Indian Samsung Galaxy Note 2 users. It is available over -the- air as well as Kies app. The update download is about 262.88 MB in size.
The update includes the following features to the Phablet:
- it includes customizable notification shade
- new notification toggles
- option to disable multi-windows
- option to remove brightness
- slider from the notification bar
- new lock-screen effect
- new keyboard with gesture typing
and is also include Easy mode on S Planner, new S Note widget, Group Cast app, and stability/usability improvements.

It did not take much time to reach India after this Android 4.1.2 update roll out with Poland two weeks ago.
And most important point is that the update is released in batches which means that not all smartphone units are updated at once, it might take some time to reach your device.
